CLoSer: Spirit of the Voice is the second concert in our brand new series at one of East London's newest venues: Village Underground.
 
This series is designed to appeal to those who like their live music experiences to be intimate and informal and who enjoy a glass of wine while listening!
 
Our second concert presents a celebration of the voice in all its glory, with works by some of Europe's greatest masters, as well as French Suites by JS Bach and Poulenc.
 
Guest artists include the Holst Singers and conductor Stephen Layton.
 
These concerts offer an opportunity to get closer to one of London's leading orchestras with 'talking' programme notes throughout the performance, post concert entertainment and discussion, as well as the chance to mingle with our musicians.
 
There will be a cash bar throughout the concert.
