We have some news regarding this 14th Anniversary Phonica records party. Please read carefully….

Sadly, due to a licensing issue, this event will have to finish at 4am instead of 6am. However, remember that the clocks will go back at midnight so really we’re only losing an hour.

We will be opening early from 7pm and there will be FREE ENTRY to the first 200 people through the door dressed up in their spookiest Halloween outfit! In addition to this, we will be choosing a pair of winners from the best costumes who will win tickets to any upcoming Superstition of their choosing plus a sizeable tab at the bar on us.

We kindly ask for your continued support, urging you to come nice and early to see the fantastic opening Phonica DJ’s.

Last entry for the event will be midnight.

We understand if you require a refund, please email us directly to process these requests.

Thanks for your understanding and support.

We’ve teamed up with one of London’s most loved and respected record stores and labels, Phonica to bring you this massive disco and house-fuelled Halloween party. We’re starting early from 19:00pm and we go right through ’til 04:00am. Dance away those demons on the 28th October with us here at Village Underground.

Sadar Bahar built his reputation as a record collector, party promoter and skilled mixer in the Windy City. With his DJ skills described by Theo Parrish as “sick, sick, sick”, Bahar is known for his infectious energy and charisma behind the decks with his beaming smile with every track being played. On the 28th Sadar will play a special 3 hour set allowing him to dig even deeper to his enormous record collection.

San Proper is a Village Underground favourite and won our hearts from the first time he stepped foot in the door back in 2013 for the Trouw takeover, and has returned numerous times since for the first London Rush Hour party and his Proper’s Cult party.

Massimiliano Pagliara describes his style as an eclectic mix of house, disco, electro and techno – one may call it current-yet-classic. Originally from the south of Italy, Masi has built his reputation and career in Berlin, holding down a residency at Panorama Bar since 2015 and putting out music on Live At Robert Johnson and debuting on Ostgut this year.

Dorado has become the staple resident to Village Underground for our disco parties with his eclectic mix of latin music, worldly disco records and killer house cuts.

Phonica Records will be co-hosting the party with us and celebrating their 14th birthday! Founded back in 2003, Phonica Records quickly established itself as the go-to record store for dance / electronic music in the capital. They also have their own in-house record labels: Phonica, Phonica Special Edition and Karakul putting out music from big names like Four Tet, Roman Flugal and Midland, whilst hosting many parties over the years in London, Berlin and Barcelona. They are also known for their infamous in-store events, where big names such as Bicep, Daniel Avery, Four Tet, MCDE have graced the decks at their intimate venue space.

Right of admission reserved.
