The A is a new physical award, created by YCN to be periodically presented to emerging creative talent. Through consultation with industry figures internationally; practitioners from specific disciplines will be identified - and surprised with a physical A created in a pertinent material or process.

The A will be launched at an event hosted by Village Underground on the evening of 2nd September; presenting a mix of specially commissioned installations and other surprises. We visited yesterday with all those involved; including Riitta Ikonen, pictured.
